The Role

• Advise employers on employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
• Give commercial, tailored guidance to each client
• Keep accurate records on internal systems
• Refer matters needing specialist input
• Stay up to date with employment law developments
• Contribute to client training, legal updates and business development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience advising employers across a wide range of matters
• Commercial, pragmatic and an excellent communicator
• Organised, able to work independently and knows when to escalate
• Confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office
