Employment Solicitor – Aberdeen

An Aberdeen employment team with a growing reputation is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level (4+ years' PQE). You'll handle a broad mix of advisory and contentious work for employer clients across multiple sectors.

This role suits someone running their own caseload, leading client relationships and helping to shape a team that is building its presence.

The role

• Advise employers on complex employment and workplace issues
• Run Employment Tribunal claims from instruction to final hearing
• Draft and review contracts, policies and procedures
• Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
• Lead on employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers and trainees
• Deliver client training and contribute to legal updates

About you

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in employment law
• Experience advising employer clients and running Tribunal matters independently
• Clear, precise drafting and confident client communication
• Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded, with an interest in winning and developing client work
