Employment Associate (4+ PQE)

A great opportunity for an experienced Employment Associate to join a growing Glasgow team advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

This role offers a broad mix of advisory, tribunal and transactional work, alongside the opportunity to build client relationships, take ownership of your caseload and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The role

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s and attending hearings
• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
• Draft and review contracts, policies and procedures
• Advise on settlement agreements and corporate transactions
• Deliver client training and legal updates

About you

• 4+ years' PQE in employment law
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive and collaborative in approach
• Interested in business development and practice growth
