Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)

Looking to build your career within a busy and supportive Employment team? This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to further develop experience in a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law work.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll advise a diverse employer client base while developing your technical expertise and client relationships within a collaborative environment.

The role

• Advise clients on a range of employment law matters
• Assist with Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Deliver client training and legal updates

About you

• NQ–3 years' PQE in employment law
• Experience of contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Commercial and client-focused approach
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Keen to develop your career within employment law
