What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients across accounts preparation, VAT, and bookkeeping
• Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of business structures
• Liaise directly with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Support the development of junior members of the team
• Ensure compliance with current UK GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (part-qualified or QBE candidates also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage a busy workload
