What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare year end accounts for a range of clients across various sectors
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong working relationships
• Review the work of junior team members, offering guidance and support
• Liaise directly with clients on accounting and tax matters
• Assist with the training and development of less experienced staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage a busy workload independently
