What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business services clients, including accounts preparation and compliance
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide mentoring and technical support
• Liaise directly with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Identify opportunities to add value and cross-sell additional services to clients
• Support the wider team with ad hoc advisory and technical queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with proven practice experience at manager level
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and accounts preparation for a range of client types
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage, review and develop junior staff
