About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established international distribution business based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating orders, suppliers, and logistics activities.

This position offers a blend of customer service, order management, supply chain coordination, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated customer portfolio
• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Raise and manage supplier purchase orders and stock replenishment orders
• Coordinate deliveries, transportation, and shipping documentation
• Produce customer invoices and verify supplier invoices
• Monitor and maintain accurate data across ERP and CRM systems
• Liaise closely with sales, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and quality processes
• Assist other business units during periods of high workload or absence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Support role
• Experience working within a distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or SAP systems (or similar platforms)
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
