HR Advisor – Part time

Part time HR role – 18 month FTC – studio-based role Monday – Thursday.

£40,000 for 4 days (pro-rata of £50,000) plus benefits / pension / lunches / socials

Great opportunity for an HR professional to join this successful design and branding studio – c.80 people in the London team.

18 month FTC to include:

• HR administration
• Contracts, correspondence and paperwork
• Projects including updating joiner documentation
• Employee relations
• Recruitment support including job specs / screening CVs
• Liaison with senior Partners and Directors
• Payroll preparation
• Contractor liaison (IR35 knowledge would be beneficial)

Would suit an HR professional who is looking for a part-time role 4 days per week Monday – Thursday. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are key, as you will be liaising with senior stakeholders across the company.

This is an 18-month maternity cover and would suit a candidate at HR Advisor level or more senior – working alongside the incumbent, established HR Manager at the start and end of the FTC (18 months). Monday and Thursday are core office days with at least 3 days per week in the studio (potential for one day WFH).

Based King's Cross area. To start December but you will benefit from festive closure between Christmas and New Year.
