Our client is a well-established and growing organisation seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support function.This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers, installers and business partners. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for technical enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally whilst maintaining a high standard of customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and supporting innovative products and services within a fast-paced environment.

Your new role

• Provide first-class customer service and technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems.
• Support customers and partners with product setup, configuration and operational queries.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required.
• Manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining excellent service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and case updates within internal systems.
• Communicate technical information clearly and confidently to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within Customer Service, Technical Support, Helpdesk or Customer Care.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM, ticketing or support management systems.
• Positive, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting technical products, systems or services.
• Exposure to software, telecoms, electronics, manufacturing or technology-based environments.
• Understanding of networking, connectivity or system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with external customers, partners or field-based teams.
