Lettings Administrator

We are working with a prestigious London estate agency that specialises in the upper end of the residential market. The business is looking for a Lettings Administrator to support its agents and ensure every tenancy progresses smoothly from agreed offer to move-in.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, taking ownership of the details and delivering a polished service to landlords, tenants and colleagues.

The role

You will coordinate the administration behind new tenancies, keeping agents and clients informed at every stage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tenancy documents and checking that information is accurate and complete.
• Coordinating referencing, compliance checks, deposit arrangements and move-in requirements.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, agents and third-party providers to keep tenancies on track.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Responding promptly and professionally to queries.
• Spotting missing information or potential delays and resolving them before they affect a move-in.

About you

You will have lettings administration experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tenancies at once. You should be comfortable dealing with discerning clients, handling confidential information and following established processes carefully.
