Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Bradford who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide general support to the accounts team.

Duties:

• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts (journals, accruals and prepayments)
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets
• Post petty cash and reconciliation
• Check and post bills
• Send month end reports
• Deal with purchase ledger invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Overhead and variance analysis

You will need to demonstrate:

• AAT qualified (desirable)
• Experience in a similar position
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Advanced Excel skills
