What's on Offer

• Full-Time Permanent position
• Monday to Friday; fully office based
• Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm based on 37.5 hours per week
• Location: BD14 Bradford
• Salary on offer: £29,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Posting and reconciling customer payments
• Managing customer account queries and maintaining accurate records
• Processing refunds, credit notes, and payment releases
• Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Managing the accounts inbox and responding to supplier and customer enquiries
• Processing purchase ledger invoices and reconciling supplier statements
• Matching invoices against GRNs and resolving discrepancies
• Processing overhead invoices and obtaining approvals
• Assisting with cashbook postings, cash flow updates, and month-end tasks
• Providing support across the wider finance team when required

What We're Looking For

• AAT Qualified (Level 3 or above)
• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant position
• Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledger processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
• A proactive and team-focused approach
