Management Accountant (Part-Time)

Location: Enfield
Hours: 20 hours per week, Office-Based
Salary: Up to £50k per annum (pro rated)

Our client is seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) to support the Finance Manager in delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end processes and General Ledger activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review bank reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare IFRS 16 journals.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor capital expenditure.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Support the Finance Manager with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Previous experience in management accounting and month-end reporting.
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Good Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
