Part-Time Management Accountant | 20-30 Hours per Week Looking for a better work-life balance without stepping away from your finance career? I'm currently recruiting for a Part-Time Management Accountant to join a growing business on a flexible 20-30 hour per week basis. This is a great opportunity for a part or fully qualified Management Accountant who wants to work reduced hours while remaining in a commercially focused finance role with genuine responsibility and visibility across the business. What will you be doing? You'll play an important role within the finance function, supporting the business with accurate and timely financial information and helping senior stakeholders understand performance. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations Producing financial analysis and meaningful commentary Supporting budgeting and forecasting Cash-flow monitoring and reporting Investigating variances and identifying trends Providing commercial insight to stakeholders across the business Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects Helping to maintain strong financial controls and processes What are we looking for? We're open to candidates who are part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), as well as strong QBE candidates with relevant Management Accounting experience. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a Management Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant role Strong month-end and management accounts experience Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Excellent attention to detail Strong Excel skills The confidence to work independently and communicate with non-finance stakeholders A practical, commercially minded approach The business is looking for someone who can bring experience, reliability and commercial insight to the role, while offering genuine flexibility around working hours.
