Private Client Solicitor – Lanarkshire

Looking for a private client role where you get to know the people you advise? An established Scottish practice in North Lanarkshire is adding a Private Client Solicitor to its team, serving individuals and families in the local community.

Your work will include wills, powers of attorney and executries, giving you a varied caseload and plenty of direct client contact.

The role

• Draft wills and powers of attorney for local clients
• Take executries from first meeting to final distribution
• Liaise with clients, families, other solicitors and colleagues
• Give clear, sensitive advice across a mix of private client matters

About you

• 2+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Background in a Scottish private client team
• Hands-on experience with wills, powers of attorney and executries
• Genuine interest in private client law, keeping on top of legal and tax changes
• Excellent communication and client care
• Comfortable running files, with guidance on hand when needed
• Organised, approachable and good at managing your time
• Enjoys being part of a small, close team
