An established firm in Paisley is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its busy team.

This role offers a varied caseload, regular client contact and the opportunity to manage matters independently while working alongside experienced colleagues.

The role

• Draft wills and powers of attorney
• Handle executry and estate administration matters
• Advise on trusts and guardianship applications
• Assist clients with inheritance and estate planning
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish

About you

• 5+ years' PQE in private client law
• Experience handling executries, wills and powers of attorney
• Knowledge of trusts and guardianship matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Able to manage a varied workload independently
