Team Lead - Media - up to £40K + bonus

I'm working with a major media business to hire a Team Lead into one of their campaign delivery teams.

You'll manage a small team of media specialists responsible for the planning, activation and delivery of advertising campaigns, making sure workloads are managed effectively and campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

The role will involve:

• Managing and developing a small team
• Running 1:1s, performance reviews and development plans
• Overseeing campaign delivery and team KPIs
• Working closely with internal commercial and operational teams
• Supporting with escalations and improving team processes

They're open on channel background, so you could come from digital, programmatic, media planning, campaign management, Ad Ops or another advertising environment.

The main requirement is genuine line-management experience, even if you've only managed 1-2 people.
