Senior Paid Media Manager | London | £50,000-£62,000 + Bonus

A fast-growing digital growth agency is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join its team in London.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll own key accounts, lead paid media strategy and remain hands-on across campaign execution and optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social & Display
• Manage client relationships and present performance insights
• Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, budgets and testing
• Identify performance and growth opportunities
• Work closely with analytics, CRO and wider digital teams
• Support new business opportunities

Looking for:

• Strong hands-on Paid Search & Paid Social experience
• Excellent analytical and optimisation skills
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Experience managing budgets and complex campaigns
• Ideally 5+ years' paid media experience

Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary: £50,000-£62,000 + bi-annual bonus
