- Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator

- Ideally a Career Administrator

- 2+ years of experience required as a minimum

- Working in a team of other Financial Administrators, reporting into a Team Leader

- Duties: LOA/LOV’s, answering queries from providers and clients

- Database management and contributing to smooth running of the support team

- Processing all new business and onboarding new clients

- AML checks and other credit checks

- Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK

- I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them

- They offer whole of market financial advice

- HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK.

- Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.

- Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections

- Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.

- Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who refer business
