What you'll be doing

• Managing annual review appointments and client communications
• Preparing reports and client documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records and processing updates
• Liaising with providers and progressing Letters of Authority
• Supporting investment withdrawals and death claim administration
• Keeping workflows on track while ensuring FCA compliance

What you'll bring

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A proactive, positive and client-focused approach

Bonus points if you have:

• Financial services experience
• Knowledge of pensions, investments or financial planning
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
• CRM or back-office system experience
