Financial Planning Administrator

Farnborough offices (Hampshire)

Salary negotiable up to £35k plus bonuses and benefits

Reporting into a dedicated Team Leader

• Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator
• Ideally a Career Administrator
• 2+ years of experience required as a minimum
• Working in a team of other Financial Administrators, reporting into a Team Leader
• Duties: LOA/LOV’s, answering queries from providers and clients
• Database management and contributing to smooth running of the support team
• Processing all new business and onboarding new clients
• AML checks and other credit checks
• Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK
• I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them
• They offer whole of market financial advice
• HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK.
• Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.
• Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections
• Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.
• Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who refer business
