Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre / Contact Centre

Hybrid: three days per week in the office

Do you have at least 12 months’ experience handling customer enquiries in an office-based call centre or contact centre?

Accomplish Today is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an established organisation in Altrincham.

We are looking for someone accustomed to a structured office environment, handling customer calls throughout the day, resolving enquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 12 months’ customer service experience within an office-based call centre or contact centre.
• Experience handling customer enquiries by telephone and in writing.
• Confidence using CRM or case management systems while managing customer conversations.
• The ability to attend the Altrincham office three days per week.

Retail, hospitality or face-to-face customer service experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.

The role

You will support customers by telephone, email and live webchat, taking ownership of enquiries and providing clear, accurate responses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolving enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Managing email and webchat enquiries within agreed response times.
• Handling complaints calmly and escalating issues when required.
• Recording conversations, actions and outcomes accurately.
• Working with internal teams to resolve more complex enquiries.
• Meeting agreed service, quality and performance targets.

What we are looking for

You will be comfortable working in a busy contact centre, following established procedures and balancing customer care with accuracy and response times.

Clear communication, confident telephone skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in professional services or a regulated environment would be useful.
