Reed is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Business Support team in Belfast.

This role is office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to placement
• Developing and growing your Business Support client base across Belfast and the surrounding area
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting client meetings, networking and business development activity
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and market mapping
• Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working closely with colleagues across Reed to maximise opportunities and provide comprehensive recruitment solutions
