We’re excited to be growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Formatting and presenting CVs to a high standard.
• Taking detailed job briefs directly from clients.
• Creating engaging job descriptions for our website and job boards.
• Managing applications and actively searching for suitable candidates across multiple channels.
• Providing an honest, consultative service to both clients and candidates.
• Coordinating interviews and fully preparing candidates ahead of time.
• Negotiating offers and managing expectations on both sides.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in sales or an office-based customer service environment, with the confidence to speak to people at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build instant rapport.
• A confident, resilient and tenacious approach to challenges.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of a busy workload.
• Confident with everyday IT and willing to learn new software as needed.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow and deepen your market knowledge.
• A proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with the drive to make things happen.
