Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working closely with advisers and helping customers navigate the mortgage process from application through to completion?

We’re recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our successful Mortgage & Protection team in Horsham.

What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping mortgage cases moving, providing excellent service to clients and supporting the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting and progressing mortgage applications through to legal completion and beyond.
• Chasing outstanding documentation and ensuring applications are fully compliant.
• Liaising with solicitors regarding exchange and completion dates.
• Managing client emails and supporting repeat clients.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, lenders and conveyancers.
• Keeping systems and client files accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with advisers to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to a successful conclusion.

• Experienced in mortgage administration – ideally with at least 1 year's experience.
• Highly organised, accurate and methodical.
• Confident communicating with clients, lenders and other professionals.
• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
• Self-motivated and professional.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple cases.
• A team player with a high level of integrity.

What's on offer?

£28,000 – £35,000 salary, depending on experience and knowledge

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

23 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing annually to 25 days
