Electrical Lead – Data Centre Construction Salary: €110,000–€120,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Rotation + €28,000 Living Allowance Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands Sector: Data Centre / Mission Critical Employment: Permanent We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. An experienced Electrical Lead is required to oversee the electrical package on a major data centre construction project. The successful candidate will lead site operations, manage subcontractors, monitor programme and costs, and ensure electrical works are delivered safely, to specification and within project deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Manage the electrical systems package and day-to-day site operations. * Oversee site safety, QA/QC and environmental compliance. * Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress and manpower levels. * Manage project schedules, costs, variations, valuations and material deliveries. * Ensure project policies, procedures and quality standards are followed. * Coordinate snagging, punch lists, inspections and corrective actions. * Prepare weekly cost reports and internal and external progress reports. * Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings and handover meetings. * Manage project close-out, including O&M manuals, safety files and QA documentation. * Maintain project records and photographic site diaries. * Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives to drive delivery. Essential Requirements * Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level qualification. * Minimum 5 years' project management experience. * Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale electrical installation projects. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. * Experience with design-and-build projects. * Knowledge of health and safety requirements and subcontractor management. * Strong communication, IT, planning and organisational skills. * Ability to lead teams and deliver against strict project deadlines.
