Mechanical Supervisor – Data Centre Construction Salary: €60,000–€70,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Rotation + €28,000 Living Allowance Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands Sector: Data Centre / Mission Critical Employment: Permanent We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. An experienced Mechanical Supervisor is required to oversee mechanical installation activities on a major data centre construction project. The successful candidate will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor programme progress, support quality and safety compliance, and ensure mechanical works are delivered to project specifications. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation activities and site operations. * Coordinate subcontractors, site personnel and mechanical teams. * Monitor progress against project schedules and coordinate work with other trades. * Support site safety management and maintain project safety documentation. * Coordinate quality assurance activities with the Mechanical Package Manager. * Assist with package cost tracking, variations, valuations and material deliveries. * Monitor subcontractor progress, labour levels and productivity. * Manage snagging, punch lists and mechanical package close-out. * Prepare weekly look-ahead plans and progress reports. * Track material deliveries, plant and equipment requirements. * Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning sessions and handover meetings. * Support completion of O&M manuals, safety files and QA documentation. Essential Requirements * Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role. * Proven experience coordinating and managing large construction or engineering projects. * Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades on site. * Willingness to travel as required by the role.
