Temporary HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

6-month temporary contract | Immediate start | Hybrid – Teddington

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner for a six-month temporary assignment. Provide practical HR support to managers, independently manage a varied employee relations caseload and help improve HR guidance and resources across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on day-to-day HR and employee relations matters.
• Manage absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, probation and conduct cases from start to finish.
• Draft clear case correspondence and provide pragmatic, risk-aware advice.
• Support improvements to HR policies, processes and knowledge resources.

About you

• Strong generalist HR experience at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
• Proven experience independently managing employee relations cases.
• Confident advising and coaching managers.
• Clear written communication and strong organisational skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
