Fancy swapping the daily commute for a better work/life balance without compromising on the quality of your work?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Private Client work and wants to join a friendly, supportive team where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload whilst continuing to develop your experience.

You will deal with a broad range of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries and trusts, with the opportunity to become involved in Adults with Incapacity work if this is an area that interests you.

Ideally you will already have good Private Client experience and be comfortable managing your own matters and building strong relationships with clients. STEP qualification would be welcomed, as would someone currently working towards it, however support is available if this is something you would like to pursue.

There is genuine scope for career development and progression, alongside flexible working, enhanced annual leave and a culture that places real importance on having a life outside work.

And then there is the location.

If you have ever considered moving away from the city, Dumfries & Galloway has an awful lot to offer. Beautiful countryside and coastline are on your doorstep, property is considerably more affordable than many of Scotland's larger cities and, perhaps most importantly, you can swap the lengthy daily commute for more time to actually enjoy it.

You don't have to choose between an interesting legal career and a better quality of life, this opportunity genuinely offers both.

Full time is preferred, although part time will also be considered.
