Financial Planning Administrator (quick route to paraplanner)

City of London offices (Near Bank Tube Station)

Salary up to £43k plus benefits

Working in the pod of an adviser with £80m AUM

4 days in the office per week

• Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator
• Fastrack training to become a paraplanner and thereafter an adviser
• 2+ years of experience required as a minimum in administration
• Technical Administration duties on whole of market financial products
• LOA/LOV’s, answering queries from providers and clients
• CRM and Database management
• Processing all new business and onboarding new clients
• AML checks and other credit checks
• Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK
• I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them
• They offer whole of market financial advice
• HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners
• Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.
• Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning
• Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.
• Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices
