Accountancy Sales Executive

Location: Raynes Park (Hybrid - 2 days office)
Salary: £35-40K base with an OTE of £10K
Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships?

We're looking for an ambitious Accountancy Sales Executive to drive growth across our apprenticeship and commercial accountancy training programmes. You'll be responsible for generating new business, engaging employers, recruiting learners, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrolment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven individual who enjoys consultative selling, developing partnerships, and making a real impact on business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating new business through outbound and inbound sales activity.
• Building relationships with employers to promote apprenticeship and training solutions.
• Managing the full recruitment journey from lead generation to learner enrolment.
• Meeting and exceeding income and learner start targets.
• Conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify employer requirements.
• Negotiating contracts, funding agreements, and pricing proposals.
• Working across telesales, networking, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and producing sales forecasts.
• Representing the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience
• A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to effectively manage lead follow-ups and convert opportunities into business

Desirable

• Experience within apprenticeships, training, or education sales.
• Knowledge of the accountancy training market.
• Understanding of apprenticeship funding and the FE/training sector.
• Familiarity with ESFA funding rules and commercial training models.
