EAC Consulting Group are representing a rapidly growing Finance Organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales, hitting and exceeding targets then this is the role for you.

On Offer for the Sales Executive:

• £26,000
• OTE approx £50,000
• Brand new modern office space
• Free on-site gym, pool table and games room
• Social incentives and monthly awards
• Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday)
• Clear progression to Senior Account Manager

Duties for the Sales Executive:

• Inbound Focus and converting incoming leads
• Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using LinkedIn
• Negotiate confidently and close professionally
• They will ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion to meet deadlines
• Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business.
• They will be committed to the delivery of a positive client experience.
• They will be committed to improving their knowledge of the finance products on offer.

The ideal Sales Executive:

• Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
• Must be happy to pick up the phone
• Previous sales experience and working in a fast paced sales role is a must!
• The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
• Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently.
