£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home) Bicester

Our client is a well-established national accountancy practice with an excellent reputation for supporting businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a confident and proactive Sales Executive to join their friendly and ambitious team based in Bicester.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients and supporting them through the initial stages of their journey with the business. This role offers a blend of telephone-based sales, client relationship management and the opportunity to attend face-to-face client meetings and support the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients via telephone
• Qualify enquiries and identify client requirements
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Book appointments for accountants and consultants
• Attend face-to-face client meetings where required
• Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into the business
• Proactively follow up on leads and maintain engagement
• Keep CRM records updated accurately
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support business growth objectives

About You

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Previous experience within sales, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service or business development
• Comfortable making outbound calls and managing follow-up activity
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Keen to meet clients face-to-face and build long-term relationships
• Interested in developing a career within professional or financial services
