Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a well established business on a full time, office based basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales ledger and credit control, looking to join a busy finance team where they can make a real impact.

Duties will include:

• Managing the sales ledger and processing customer invoices
• Monitoring outstanding payments and chasing overdue accounts
• Carrying out credit control duties and maintaining customer relationships
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
• Managing customer account queries and maintaining accurate records
• Producing aged debtor reports and assisting with month-end processes
• Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure timely payments

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control role
• Confident chasing outstanding debt and dealing with customer queries
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Good Excel skills and experience using accounting systems
• A proactive approach with the ability to work in a busy finance team
