Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing and well-established business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and busy finance function.

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Preparing and assisting with payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Processing expenses and credit notes
• Assisting with month-end processes
• General transactional finance and administration

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with suppliers and internal teams
• Comfortable working with Excel and finance systems
• Reliable, proactive and keen to learn
• AAT study or qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
