Permanent, full-time position based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual to join a small, experienced team and gain exposure across sales, account management and digital marketing, with a clear route into managing your own customer accounts.

Salary

Fully negotiable depending on experience, plus commission and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support experienced Account Managers with day-to-day sales activity.
• Assist with quotations, customer communication and order processing.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Learn how to manage key client accounts and gradually take ownership of your own portfolio.
• Support the sale of IT solutions including servers, storage, networking and workstations.
• Maintain and update website and product content.
• Help manage online product configuration tools and applications.
• Liaise with developers and sales teams to ensure pricing, product data and functionality remain accurate.
• Create and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and monitor customer engagement.
• Create and manage listings across eBay and other online marketplaces.
• Assist with promotions, stock updates and wider sales activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and develop long-term relationships.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
• An interest in technology, IT sales or digital marketing.
• Commercially minded with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working within a small team.
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• UK driving licence would be beneficial.
