FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established and growing service-based business with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Towcester. This is an office-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, converting warm opportunities and providing a professional, consultative sales experience.

Salary

£32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, with OTE of approximately £40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and explain available services clearly and professionally
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand individual requirements
• Provide tailored quotations and recommend suitable options
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up warm leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system
• Handle sensitive conversations professionally and with empathy
• Work closely with the wider team to support overall business growth

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience within sales, business development or a similar role
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong empathy and professionalism
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications
• Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded
