If so, this 12 month contract maybe perfect for you.Our exclusive client based in Preston, are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their busy accounts department for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Duties include:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Submitting supplier invoices for approval and proactively tracking the approval stages
• Monitoring the PO register
• Processing of employee expenses
• Credit card reconciliations
• Compiling mileage logs
• Contract and account management (premier inn, enterprise, printers, electricity etc.)

The role requires someone with good accuracy skills, a natural eye for detail and good communication skills. You will be working a 4 days week (30 hours) which can be flexible and 2 days can be worked from home. The salary is £26K-£28K pro rata.
