Position: Facilities Assistant

Salary: £12.71 p/h

Contract: Temporary - 3 months

Location: Leamington Spa

Working Hours: Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm (once trained, you will be required to work every other Saturday, 8.30-4pm)

Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. They are a unique company that require someone who is flexible with their time to be able to cover shifts as and when needed

Facilities Assistant duties include:

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Site Checks - H&S, cleanliness, spot checks.
• Be the face of the company and the go to person for existing and new customers.
• Assist with deliveries to site

Facilities Assistant person specification:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Confident, professional and resilient approach.
• Be versatile to help out with deliveries/lifting where needed
• Driving license and own vehicle is essential as you will be required to cover ad hoc tasks in Warwick
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
