The Opportunity

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

You'll be joining a collaborative team with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent legal work, developing client relationships and progressing matters efficiently.

Formal qualifications are desirable but not essential. The firm will consider candidates with the right experience, technical knowledge and proven ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease assignments, renewals and general commercial conveyancing matters.
• Handling commercial property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Dealing with more complex and non-standard commercial property matters where required.
• Liaising confidently with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Maintaining excellent communication and providing clear, practical advice throughout the transaction process.
• Organising and supervising support staff where appropriate.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Contributing positively to the team and helping maintain the firm's reputation for excellent client service.

About You
