Senior Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer

Canterbury, Margate & Thanet | Hybrid Working | Full or Part-Time

A leading and long-established law firm in East Kent is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its highly regarded property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice with a strong reputation, loyal client base and longstanding relationships with local estate agents and referrers. The firm is experiencing continued growth and is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancer who can help maintain its exceptional levels of client service.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New-build transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• General residential property matters

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy whilst working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

• Solicitors
• Chartered Legal Executives
• Licensed Conveyancers
• Experienced non-qualified Conveyancers

You should have:

• Proven residential conveyancing experience
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
