An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded and established law firm in Whitstable, supporting their busy and successful Conveyancing team.

This is a lovely firm with an excellent reputation, a friendly and supportive working environment, and a beautiful location in Whitstable with free parking.

The Role

You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent level of service.

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents
• Opening and maintaining client files
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other parties
• Assisting with the progression of conveyancing matters
• Managing diaries, appointments, calls and emails
• Providing general administrative support to the team

About You

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing is preferred. However, the firm is also very happy to consider a strong Law Graduate who is looking to start their legal career.

You will ideally be organised, professional, personable and have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, together with a genuine interest in developing a career within conveyancing.
