Salary: £28k - £32k, depending on experience

Your role
Develop your private client experience within an established Wills, Trusts and Probate team.
SJC Partners are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal for a leading regional law firm based in Worcester. You’ll work closely with experienced Solicitors, gaining practical experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
The role offers regular client contact, varied work and opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your knowledge develops.
What you’ll do

• Support Solicitors with private client matters.
• Draft straightforward wills and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Assist with applications for Grants of Representation.
• Help progress estate administration matters.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Prepare correspondence, maintain files and manage deadlines.

What you’ll need
Previous experience within a Private Client department would be advantageous, particularly exposure to wills, probate or Lasting Powers of Attorney.
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a professional, empathetic approach to clients.
