SJC Partners are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer / Fee-Earner / Solicitor to join its team in Worcester
The firm has a strong reputation across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas, with an established Private Client practice advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters.

Role
The successful candidate will ideally be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE and will have strong experience across a broad range of Private Client matters.
You will manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Trust matters.
The role would suit an experienced Private Client lawyer who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and is looking to join an established regional practice with a strong local reputation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied Private Client caseload from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on Wills and succession planning
• Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients on Trusts and related matters
• Providing advice around inheritance tax and estate planning
• Drafting and reviewing relevant Private Client documentation
• Managing relationships with clients, beneficiaries and other professional advisers
• Providing clear and practical advice to individuals and families
• Maintaining high standards of client care throughout each matter
• Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Supporting the continued development and growth of the Private Client team
