The Role

As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals and direct search

• Conducting candidate research and market mapping

• Building and managing a strong candidate network

• Approaching and engaging senior professionals through telephone, email and LinkedIn

• Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls

• Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career objectives

• Identifying suitable candidates for executive and specialist vacancies

• Managing the recruitment process from initial approach through to offer

• Developing long-term candidate relationships

• Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment requirements

• Supporting business development and winning new clients

• Building market knowledge within your specialist sector

• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion

• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, telesales or a target-driven environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
