Production Operative – Food Manufacturing (Night Shift) We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work within a busy food manufacturing environment, producing ingredients used in a variety of food products, including jams, butterscotch and other sweet fillings. Working within the wet plant room, you will be responsible for monitoring machinery and packing finished products as they come off the production line. The machines carry out most of the production process, so your role will focus on ensuring everything runs smoothly and products are packed correctly. Rate: £16.53 per hour Hours: 10pm–6am (Night Shift) Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring machinery throughout the production process. * Packing products coming off the end of the production line. * Checking products and packaging for quality and accuracy. * Ensuring the production line runs efficiently. * Maintaining a clean and tidy working area. * Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For: * A reliable and hardworking individual with a good work ethic. * Good attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a wet production environment. * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Previous production or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
