We are recruiting for a night shift production operative to join a manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Production operative, operative or similar. You’ll be dealing with small components and working in a clean room environment. For the production operative role, you must be available for a night shift from 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off, this will overlap on some weekends and bank holidays. As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include: * Operating machinery and equipment * Completing batch documents * Understanding and following requirements for an ever-changing environment * Be prepared to wear full PPE Requirements for the Production Operative: * Must have previous experience as a manufacturing / production technician, dealing with small components * Excellent communication skills both written and verbally * Strong attention to detail * Happy to work night shifts Benefits for the Production Operative: * Free onsite parking * Onsite canteen (subsidised meals) * Private healthcare * Room for progression The Production Operative is a permanent night shift position working 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off. You will have to work some weekends and bank holidays. The salary is £25,783 + a £6,000 night shift allowance, making the total package to £31,783 per annum.
