You'll advise individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters, building long-term client relationships while working on high-quality and often complex instructions.

The role

You'll advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, executry administration, inheritance tax planning, trusts, Powers of Attorney and guardianship applications.

Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll be involved in more complex estate and trust matters, providing practical and tailored advice to clients on succession and wealth preservation.

About you

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor or Associate who:

• Has 5+ years' PQE in private client work
• Is confident managing their own caseload
• Has experience advising on wills, executries and trusts
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues
