We're looking for a Talent Management Assistant to join an experienced team supporting leading YouTube creators and digital talent.

You'll help manage day-to-day client needs, support campaigns, resolve YouTube-related issues and build strong relationships with creators, brands and internal teams. You'll also contribute to channel reviews and research into the fast-moving creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support creators with YouTube and social media-related queries
• Assist with campaign management, timelines and deliverables
• Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and creators
• Provide insights and recommendations to support client growth
• Conduct channel reviews and creator economy research
• Keep up to date with trends across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
• Communicate with YouTube when required

About You

• Experience in a client-facing role
• Strong interest in creators, social media and digital content
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, resilient and detail-oriented
• Experience with creative talent or social media is desirable but not essential
• English required; an additional language is a plus
